Psychology Podcast

I subscribed to the podcast "How to make jobs more satisfying and motivating."  It is a Psychology podcast site that is an excellent place for Senior Psychology Students to listen to motivating speeches about what makes people tick.  This podcast talks about how to be self-motivated and make your place of work a fun place to be.  In Psychology, we discuss at length how important it is to one's mental health to pick a profession you will enjoy doing.  So many people experience burn out in the work place these days.  Students need to have an understanding that their mental health is very important and that they must take care of it just like they do their physical health. 

Another positive impact of using podcasts with your students, is that they can access them from home and can easily listen to them and do assigned work outside of the classroom setting.  This series of Psychology podcasts look very interesting and I am hoping to explore more in the coming weeks!
